I was born and raised in Hyde Park Chicago. My passion lies within connecting artists and non artists to create and innovate.  I attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where I received my Bachelors in Fine Arts in Dance.  I have explored the basic and raw form of movement, finding the true functionality of the body in dance. In my process, it is important to me that I keep an open mind of the human experience. That is a huge part of my exploration and my investigation into how visceral human emotion can be. Often times we underestimate how physical we can be and how that is a driving force for what we act on. I reveal that force and that power through my choreography.
